BOARD MANAGER & TECHNICAL ASSISTANT – CHATHAM TOWNSHIP, MORRIS COUNTY, seeks experienced Planning & Zoning Board Manager and Technical Assistant to the Construction Official. Full time but will consider part time position beginning February 1, 2019. Reports to the Construction Official, provides technical assistance in the issuance of construction permits to ensure compliance with the provisions of the NJ UCC. Reviewing, processing and tracking of board applications and preparation of meeting agendas and minutes required. DCA Certified Technical Assistant preferred; knowledge of the provisions of the NJ UCC as they relate to the activities of the office required. Successful candidate must be computer literate, experienced in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SDL preferred.
